How do you verify a Chinese supplier?

We check business licence on China's national registry, registered capital, export history, bank account ownership, and run a video factory walkthrough. For orders above ₹10L we do an on-ground audit before first PO.

What's the minimum order you handle?

We work with orders from ₹2L upward. Below that, supplier MOQs and logistics costs usually wipe out savings — we'll tell you honestly if it's not worth it.

How long does a typical shipment take?

From PO to your warehouse: 35–55 days by sea, 10–15 by air. Includes production, QC, freight, customs. We share a tracker the moment PO is signed.

Who handles customs and duty?

We do. We file BoE, classify HSN, optimise duty where legally possible, and clear at JNPT, Mundra, or Chennai. You see the duty number before you pay.

What if quality fails on arrival?

Pre-shipment QC catches 95% of issues — we don't approve dispatch until your spec is met. If something slips post-arrival, we co-handle the claim with the supplier; we have leverage you don't.
